“You get to really let loose, and also, I find that I like comedies, but horror-comedy speaks to me,” Daddario said. “Then horror, I think, a lot of these films are a metaphor for something deeper, so you can actually have a lot to explore there. And I like the elevated level of an absurd world, and that’s definitely all in this script.”
1. Her eyes – Blue Eyed
Alexandra Daddario has been blessed with a pair of striking blue eyes.
2. She has another funny story about her high school dating experience:

“I went to an all-girls school, so I didn’t really date. But one time—oh it was so embarrassing—I sat in front of a mirror when I was 15 for like, two hours putting on makeup for this date where my friend was setting me up with her friend, and we were going to go to the movies. I thought I looked so gorgeous, I had put on all this eyeliner and had gone through my mother’s makeup. We had this date and it was really awkward and he was like, “Bye!” Then the next day my friend calls and said that he had called and said that I was wearing too much makeup and that I looked weird. I must have looked like a clown or something, I didn’t know what I was doing! So that was a sort of sad date.”
7. Alexandra Daddario is currently working on pandemic thriller Songbird amid COVID Times:
The actress is shooting a pandemic-themed film amid the currently ongoing coronavirus outbreak and calls it a way of life now for actors.
She stars in the upcoming Michael Bay-produced film, Songbird, set in the year 2022 when a familiar lockdown is re-implemented following the mutation of an even more infectious virus.

This thriller (produced by Michael Bay and starring Demi Moore, Craig Robinson, and KJ Apa) is set to occur two years into the future (which is hopefully when things can go back to normal for us). The story follows Riverdale’s KJ Apa playing a delivery man with a rare immunity, allowing him to carry out his work as an essential worker amid the virus outbreak.
For actors, working on sets with all the new COVID rules has become a new way of life.
“I’ve worked a couple of times as things have started to come back and I’ve had a lot of tests and the protocols are very strict,” says Daddario, who is currently in Hawaii shooting her new show, The White Lotus. “Every production I have been on — everyone has been so great about making sure we’re all safe.”
8. She quarantined with her girlfriends and her puppy:
Prior to returning to work, the San Andreas actress was at home quarantining like the rest of the world. The actress says she was in lockdown at her L.A. home with a few friends.
“It’s been difficult, but I feel really lucky. I had two great girlfriends I quarantined with and we all supported each other, but it’s nice to see people get back to work. But for everybody, it’s definitely overwhelming,” she says.
Though one thing that made quarantine all the better? Staying at home with her pup, Levon.
“I didn’t have pets growing up, so Levon is my first dog and I got him six years ago when he was 2,” the San Andreas actress says. “I’ve fallen in love with him. Just the idea that my little dog was in the shelter and so scared, I think that encouraging people to go adopt a dog is great.”
9. Pet activist:

Alexandra Daddario is a proud pet owner and pet advocate. The animal-loving actress is currently helping pets in need of a home by partnering with Subaru to help spread awareness for shelter pets.
10. She really loves doing silly things with her co-stars on We Summon the Darkness:

Acting has a lot of behind-the-scenes time where the cast can mingle, get to know each other, and become good friends. Such is the case for the “We Summon the Darkness” female trio who Daddario described as an “incredible, really supportive group of people” that knew the project they were a part of and ensured they “brought a lot to it.”
“My female co-stars and I spent the most time together, and we all had a really great sense of humor about things and a level of an understanding of the world as being totally absurd and also very serious,” Daddario recalled.
“So the comedy I think they helped bring out was amazing. One of my favorite memories was, I think I went with Amy Forsyth, this wasn’t on set, but we went to the Wal-Mart and bought like, unicorn onesies and then painted or something. We just were able to do silly things together on our off-time that I think helped develop the relationship that you guys ended up seeing on screen.”
